Lee Ka Ho (Karson) is interested in art and food. He mainly focuses on ceramics, sculpture and installation. Most of his work is about food. Karson likes to focus in the relationship of food and art. He likes to discover the form, texture and flavour of food. In his works, he uses food as the medium to show the possibility of food in art.
There are those who often take leadership roles, and those who work behind the scenes, supporting others. Their work is equally important but often not recognised. Tableware is often used to serve food. Here, I want to make something that puts tableware in the limelight. I made a set of tableware and cutlery pastries. All of them are edible. I hope diners can enjoy them as a main course.
