“Home Kong” is a new Chinese font which reflects Hong Kong’s local culture and various traditional Chinese features. It responds to the current phenomenon that more and more local culture are vanishing in Hong Kong. The primary objective is to raise the awareness of people and the Hong Kong government to concern about this situation, and understand the essence of traditional Chinese characters. It helps to exert pressure to the government, and also drives the government to face the issue. The secondary objective is to create a font that can be used in different areas in our daily life.

“Simple” is propably be the most complicated work that I spent longest time to create. It is my favourite painting. I repeatedly used one circle and triangle as a group to create my painting. Moreover, the original colours of the paintings was red. I gradually changed its colours and it turned to blue tone. “Simple” was created when I did not have a clear idea to be a designer or artist. Therefore, the artworks were purer during that period. The reason for creation behind the artworks was more simple, and even did not had any reasons.
